Drawing from years of experience in coaching, business and church leadership, and emotional intelligence, Muta blends biblical truth with practical strategy to guide ambitious men from drifting to decisive living.

Known for his raw honesty, bold insights, and actionable frameworks, Muta empowers others to lead with conviction, build healthy rhythms, and walk confidently in their God-given calling.

He and his wife Christine co-lead a movement of authenticity, freedom, and purpose, rooted in Jesus and driven by a vision to transform lives and cities.

Muta Mwenya Muta M. Mwenya is an entrepreneur, coach, and builder of men. For over 20 years, he has helped leaders confront the beliefs that keep them stuck and move from intention to execution.

He has served as an editor at Urban Ministries, Inc. and as Vice President of Marketing and Operations for a healthcare franchiser. He founded Relevant Church and Relevant Leadership College, and today centers his work on The C.U.R.E. Collective, a men's transformation community he founded.
